Hot Roots- This service includes the toning of lace, and color service to fix the roots of the lace top. Hot roots are caused due to lightener bleeding through the lace and onto the roots of the hair. Available on lace top wigs, silk top lace front( lace front part only), lace top toppers.
Thinning and/or Cut- Service includes, thinning density from default 150%( stock wigs with K&S) or thinning for other brands. Cut includes, cutting length, adding face framing layer, adding layers through out. Once purchased please send a email with in 24 hours with 2-4 pictures of before and inspiration.
Wash & Style- Includes a deep cleanse, deep condition(excluding knots as recommended) blown dry and styled. This service is recommended 1 every 6 months or as needed for proper care and maintenance of your wig to help extend the lifespan. Service takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Issues that are not listed above, please send a email with description as well as pictures of the issue. At this time we do not offering color services for other brands.
Each service is worked as a regular order, in the order they are received. Please plan for 14-16 weeks. Other arrangements can be made.
Below is the chart that we use for each of our pieces. I know that each brand may have their own sizes for each of their pieces, so a medium in someone's else wigs may be a small in ours. Please take a look at the chart below to match up your measurement's before choosing which size you want during ordering.
#1, #2 and #4 are the most important when it comes to a great fitting wig so if your a medium in those please chose a medium, if your a medium in other sections but a small in those important areas PLEASE chose a small.
Items are shipped with full coverage insurance in the case that a item is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. K&S is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damage items. If YOU chose to NOT have insurance, K&S is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Its is highly RECOMENDED you purchase Insurance as your making then investment in your item and shipping can be unpredictable.
