Once your order is placed, you can check its progress at any time using your email and order number through our Order Status Page. This tool provides detailed updates on each step of the process—such as when your base has arrived, when customization begins, and when your order is ready to ship.

You will also receive automated email notifications each time your order status is updated.

Response Time Expectations

In some cases, we may need to reach out to confirm details or request information related to your order. To avoid delays, we kindly ask that you respond within 24 hours.
If we do not receive a timely response, your order may be rescheduled to a later date in order to maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, your status page will reflect this update and a tracking number will be sent to your email. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of final approval, unless otherwise communicated.
