Shipping policy

Shipping times vary depending on the type of cap and other specifics. Each made to order has a time frame on each listing, If ordering custom,  time frame will be provided before the order is placed. 

The customer is kept up-to-date as much as possible from the time that their order supplies are received until the time of shipment. Customer are sent a final picture of their personal order to verify completion, and the order is shipped the following business day. 

Shipping is done through usps, fed ex and ups. Tracking is always provided and optionally insured. A signature is required when shipping and receiving your items. This is to ensure the customer and our company are covered incase the worst happens. Our company will help you track and find your package but is not responsible for the lose or damaged product due to the shipping companies packing and shipping policies. 

Shipping times vary depending on location and load of the facilities used, we can not make them deliver your package any faster. Please keep up with tracking so you know where and when to expect your items. MOST items are received with in 3 days of shipping.
